I spent time understanding truck dealers and workshop teams. We turned vehicle performance, diagnostics and other signals into curated recommendations that helped them find the right work for each vehicle.
Axis had three support layers. Only five developers in L3 handled the hardest cases, with 62,000 tickets pending and about 12,000 more arriving each year. We removed redundant work and noise, then built machine-learning support for classification and recommendations.
In CAT SW, error segments were stored in Ericsson Insight, a cloud data store. We applied machine learning to classify those segments automatically and connected the results to the engineering workflow.
I worked with the matching engine at the heart of the exchange. It matches bids and asks while meeting demanding requirements for latency, reliability and regulation, including GDPR and MiFID.
When a customer orders mobile data, provisioning systems create and manage the data bucket behind it. I modernized the technology stack and automated provisioning at scale, including zero-downtime Kubernetes upgrades.
I built equivalent data pipelines across Azure and AWS, then compared performance and cost. The work covered IoT ingestion, streaming analytics and business intelligence for an enterprise software setting.
